The 7 Best Paleo Bread Recipes

My mother-in-law is all about the paleo breads, breakfast loafs, muffins, cookies and all the primal baked goods imaginable. She doesn't even eat paleo most of the time, but she likes creating gluten-free and grain-free baked goods and then tempting me with them while I'm doing Whole30.

This post is dedicated to her.

Additionally, I wanted to round up some of these recipes because paleo bread isn't my expertise and I don't have a lot of resources for paleo bread on the site yet. Sure, I've made some stuff like muffins (these chai pumpkin muffins are rather tasty), but I've never been much of a baker.

Perhaps I'll work on a few more breads of my own someday, but these wonderful paleo bread recipes should keep you going in the meantime!

Best Paleo Bread Recipes

1. GRAIN-FREE PALEO BREAD ROLLS

Wow! These look so much like regular bread, but they are made with cassava flour and a blend of other alternative flours. (via Paleo & Gluten-Free Eats)

2. 3-Ingredient Paleo Naan

Yes, NAAN. This stuff is a game changer. You can actually transform it into wrappers for samosas or empanadas too. (via My Heart Beets)

3. Paleo Double-Chocolate Banana Bread

Holy crap. I shouldn't be staring at this photo right now. Too much chocolate. (via Bakerita)

4. Paleo Tortillas

Grain-free and perfect for taco-ing any fillings you like. I might suggest making slow-cooker carnitas tacos. Ahem. (via Paleoaholic)

5. Stone Age Bread

This stuff is all nuts and seeds. And eggs and a bit of oil. But it comes together to create this dense, sliceable bread that is great to serve for company since it's so dang pretty. (via Nordic Food & Living)

6. Flourless Pumpkin Bread

This stuff. THIS STUFF. My face needs to be closer to this paleo pumpkin bread. (via The Hungry Hobby)

7. 5-Minute Paleo Banana Bread

Five minutes? Yeah, I can do that. Sometimes those alternative flours can be so dense, but this looks fluffy! (via Paleo & Gluten-Free Eats)

Welp, you've got a lot of baking to do. I'll leave you to it.
